- 50% off our own hire item stock
- Coordinating and hiring special items from trusted wedding hire businesses
- We pass on any wedding hire discounts we might procure from always hiring from these vendors
- Dedicated wedding stylist at your disposal
- Unlimited calls, texts, emails and meetings to discuss and plan your wedding

You've planned such a beautiful day and you just want to make sure everything goes smoothly. That's where we step in! We take what you've done, write up a runsheet and coordinate vendors and guests so that you don't need to worry about a thing.

Our service includes...
- Pre-wedding consultation 1 month prior to the wedding
- 10 hours of on the day coordination
- Unlimited communication via phone, email and texts from a month prior to the wedding
- Create a wedding schedule that includes vendor details, timings, seating charts ect...
- Time keeper on the day
- Oversee the smooth running of the day and run interference if any issues arise
- Communicate and introduce ourselves to your vendors as your sole contact and confirm location, timings and other details with them
- You'll have full use of our Emergency Wedding Kit and our clear umbrellas
- We will even find lost and drunk relatives and return them safely to the party
- Help guests find the toilet, smoking areas, lost children, the guest book, tea and coffee... oh the list goes on!
- Check you and your baggage into the hotel so you can slip straight in after the festivities
- Make sure all your gifts, styling items you've hired and guests have all departed safely home.

Well you can book a consultation with us!

We love talking about weddings and we'd love to sit with you and work through any questions, problems or issues you might be having with your wedding planning. We can even help you write up a budget and help you estimate costs so you have a more rounded idea before you start doing your own research.

A consultation will be $250.00 but if you choose to go with us afterwards, that cost will be deducted from your overall package investment.
