Can we please have a moment for the CAKE?! We spent a lot of time drawing and designing a cake that represented all the parts that were Alol and Ajay. There’s nods to previous dates, how they met, their dog and so much more! We then got the talented Kerry from Roseberry Cakes to create and bring it all to life! Everything was handmade, drawn and painted and she did such an incredible job. It was perfect and such a statement piece for this beautiful wedding. 

Alol and Ajay were set on an outdoor wedding pretty early on and once we started looking at our options, Alol grew to dislike all the possible wet weather plans. So we changed course and started looking for indoor ceremony areas and I suggested The Freedom Hub. It’s a beautiful blank venue in the city and all the proceeds from the event go straight to rehabilitating and supporting slavery survivors. Alol and Ajay loved that their hard earned money was actually going to a charity and the venue was stunning so it was a win-win.

Ajay is such a special Groom to me because in his review he mentions that he was vehemently against getting a wedding planner. But after the wedding day, he can now say with confidence that I was absolutely integral to the day and made the experience for both of them so much better and stress-free! This was such high praise that I now always strive to achieve this elite status from my all my clients. Ajay – you’ve set such a high bar!
