Planning our wedding from overseas would have been incredibly stressful, but Rachel made the entire experience feel effortless. From our first meeting a year before the wedding, she instilled complete confidence in us with her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality.

Her ability to serve as our on the ground coordinator in Sydney was invaluable. She maintained constant communication with all our vendors. She kept us on track with a perfectly paced timeline of tasks, giving us gentle yet firm reminders of what needed to be done without ever making us feel overwhelmed.

She also helped us with our rehearsal lunch, booking hotels and coordinating our after party. She thought of every facet that we never would have considered.

Rachel’s expertise shined on the day of our wedding. The run sheet she created for our wedding day was a masterpiece of planning. On the day itself, she was like a ninja – we never saw her, yet everything flowed perfectly.

We had originally envisioned our spring wedding to be a small, simple and intimate affair. We quickly realised that even small and simple weddings require a higher level of effort and organisation than we anticipated; it quickly became overwhelming. It also became clear that having a coordinator would be necessary (it is perhaps the one piece of advice I can offer to engaged couples).

We are so happy that we engaged with Rachel’s services! She provided a cohesive, adaptable and manageable approach to ensure that our wedding went smoothly from start to finish.

I am particularly grateful for her contacts and connections regarding some of the vendors we used. She provided some incredibly useful contacts for aspects we struggled with such as lighting, tables and chairs. She handled the communication with all of our vendors with professionalism and kept us in the loop with any relevant updates.

She provided her expertise where we hesitated or had a knowledge gap, but also made sure that anything we felt strongly about was applied in the best way possible. Both Rachel and Ashlee were incredibly friendly, discreet and attentive during the whole event; they provided another level of comfort and reassurance so we could focus on enjoying our wedding with our loved ones. Most importantly, she made sure that we ate something after the ceremony! We can wholly recommend using Bubbles and Bouquets!

We hired Rachel as our stylist, planner and on the day coordinator and thanks to her our wedding was everything we hoped it would be! We worked with Rachel from the beginning of our engagement so she was with us every step of the way, helping out with the big things like locking in a venue, date, and main vendors, all the way down to the little details and ins and outs of styling. Rachel was fantastic in helping us capture our vision of the day and how best to execute it. Without her, we would never have considered a gelato cart for canapés but it remains one of the best highlights of the day for us and our guests. Throughout the whole planning process, Rachel provided constant insight and guidance on how to best execute our vision. She worked tirelessly to make a schedule that worked to allow us time alone together on the day and time to socialise with our guests as both were high priorities. On the day, Rachel and her team made sure everything ran so smoothly and that any problems were dealt with quickly and discreetly which alleviated so much stress. We absolutely recommend Rachel to anyone looking to engage a planner for their wedding! She goes above and beyond in every way. Thanks Rach for everything you did!

We hired Rachel to be our day of coordinator for our wedding and it was the best thing we organised for the day. Rachel made the lead up to our wedding stress free due to her incredible attention to detail and was able to liaise with all of our other vendors to ensure the day ran smoothly. On the day Rachel was able to sort out any issues that arose so subtly that my husband and I didn’t even know about them!

We would recommend Rachel to anyone planning a wedding or event, her expertise made our wedding day run seamlessly.

Absolutely could not have asked for a better Day Of Coordinator than Rachel!! She is seriously next level and, in hindsight, we wish we had engaged her for styling too!! Rachel was invaluable in helping us navigate the pre-wedding communication with our vendors and there is no way we could have managed everything on our own.

Her assistant, Ashlee, was also 10/10. At one point I mentioned to my partner that I didn’t think our guests knew about our guest book and we should tell our MC to announce it. Before I had barely finished the sentence the MC had seamlessly worked in the guest book into a more general announcement. Honestly flawless and I remember thinking whoa how crazy is that. We later came to find out that Ashlee had seen us looking at the guest book and must have been able to tell what I was thinking. I can only imagine there were 1000 other things like that on the day that we didn’t see happen.

Overall, we were beyond impressed with Rachel and Ash and we cannot recommend them enough.

Johnson and Andrea

Rachel had been such a huge help in styling our wedding. The day turned out perfectly! We knew we had to hire a stylist as we need extra hands to help set-up our ceremony and reception.

We also got the chance to have our first look of the reception and I really wished Rachel and our florist Michelle was there to see our reactions. They really nailed our brief which was romantic and intimate. We could not stop oohing and ahhing!

We also loved the final touches she did of our sweetheart table and the neon sign. That neon sign turned out to be such a good use as we were able to get some amazing shots with it. Our guests were also overjoyed to find out that they could take home the centerpieces as well!

Even though we hired her only for styling, it was so sweet that she was there to fluff my train prior to walking down the aisle. Her team was also there on the day to ensure our flower installations wouldn’t topple due to the wind.

Also wanna say thanks Rachel for not just being a vendor but for also being a good friend. Back and forth emails that spanned over a year and catching up with her for coffee really helped us ease our stress of planning a wedding. She gave us such helpful tips and advice in navigating this journey. We would highly recommend her to our friends!

HIRE BUBBLES AND BOUQUETS, DONT EVEN GIVE IT A THOUGHT.

I wasn’t originally planning on hiring on anyone to help me for my wedding as I am a major micro manager and the thought of getting some complete stranger to manage everything was quite daunting. But from our initial meeting I could tell that Rachel and I would get along quite well. She was easy to talk to and friendly. I ended up hiring her as my on the day co-ordinator and then weeks later decided that I wanted her as my stylist as well.

On the day of our wedding, everything looked amazing, the whole day ran smoothly (as smooth as a wedding day goes) I’m sure there were things that I wasn’t told about but that’s fine cause I had an amazing day and could focus on my husband. And it was all thanks to Rachel. My family and friends told me after the wedding that she was amazing and helpful and did a great job (Rachel was point of contact so no one would bother me).

100% recommend Rachel and will be recommending her to all family and friends!

Rachel was our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a bit of a tight timeline and the rain was awful, but we didn’t worry about a single thing on the day because we knew Rachel was on top of everything. She confirmed all our vendors and made a very detailed runsheet before the wedding, set up our ceremony space, and organised pack down at the end of the reception so we could just leave the venue without worrying. She and Kristy worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to keep everything running smoothly and on time, with all the little details taken care of almost before we even thought of them. It was really important to us that we (including our wedding party and families) didn’t have to stress about anything on the day, and Rachel made this soooo easy for us. All of our guests commented on how well-run everything was!

Rachel was low-key the best investment we made for our wedding, and we will happily recommend her to everyone – thank you so much Rachel! x

Rachel did a fantastic job and we couldn’t have planned or done our wedding without her! We certainly didn’t have an easy wedding to organise, with it being a full DIY wedding in the blue mountains, but she made it work and kept everything running even when it started raining. She was great with communicating with vendors and made our lives far easier. We had multiple compliments from other vendors on how well Rachel communicated with them to get ready for out big day.

How do i start this? Rachel has been amazing, from finding her on Youtube to actually speaking to her, it felt natural, no awkwardness and made you feel welcomed.
Attention to detail is amazing from colour matching to planning the little things, Also she gave us this personalised gift that was the tipping point of making us decide to having a Wedding Planner.
Throughout the whole process, if I had any issues or when I had my little panic attack about having it too perfect and something was bound to go wrong, she calmed me down and made sure that it is going according to plan and for me not to worry, Usually I’m a Planner and so when I felt the little things haven’t happened, I would ask Rachel and she’s already on top of it, It just felt amazing having her with us.
She even hid things from us so that we wouldn’t worry about them during the Covid-19 Announcement on the 26th, but knowing myself I found out but knew I was in good hands with Rachel.
Rachel also made sure that even if it is out of her scope, she will get it organised so that you can go back to enjoying the party!!

Rachel was nothing short of amazing! She took great effort to understand our vision for the wedding, and was proactive in making suggestions and leveraging her sources to meet our budget and styling.
When we were at a loss with our venue after we had to cancel, we leaned heavily on Rachel to find our next venue, and it she found the most incredible location.
She let us know of what we needed to do when, and the best way to approach it.
On the day, Rachel and her team co-ordinates all the behind the scenes movements to make the day run smoothly, and assisted with pack-up.
