Our On the Day Coordination service is perfect for couples who’ve organised the details but want to relax and enjoy every moment without stressing over the timeline, guest questions, or vendor calls.
We’ll step in behind the scenes to make sure everything goes to plan (and gently solve anything that doesn’t). From setting up ceremony décor to cueing the music and confirming vendor arrivals – we will have you covered! You can just focus on getting married and soaking in the magic!
Think of us as your calm in the chaos – clipboard in hand, smile on face, ready to bring your dream day to life.
Our service includes…
- Pre-wedding consultation (when we start all the good work) from 1 month prior to the wedding
- 10 hours of on the day coordination and if you have a large wedding, an additional coordinator (10 hours) will be added at no additional charge
- Unlimited communication via phone, email and texts from a month prior to the wedding
- Create the wedding runsheet and keep time during the day
- Continually rearrange and communicate timing changes as they arise throughout the day to ensure maximum time for festivities that are important to you
- Make sure that everything goes super smoothly – and if they don’t then we deal with those issues on your behalf
- Communicate and introduce ourselves to your vendors as your sole contact and confirm location, timings and other details with them
- We will find lost and drunk relatives and return them safely to the party and help you escape chatting with guests you don’t want to
- We will help guests find the toilet, smoking areas, lost children, the guest book, tea and coffee… oh the list goes on!
- Check you and your baggage into the hotel so you can slip straight in after the festivities (if your wedding is in the city)
- Complimentary clear umbrellas and wedding day emergency kits
- Make sure all your gifts, styling items you’ve hired and guests have all departed safely home
